"Cleaning the dirty electricity in a home is an art and a science". I have cleaned many homes and depending what is running inside of a home it can be a challenge. Ceiling fans create magnetic fields, LED light bulbs produce terrible noise. In fact any light bulb that is not incandescent will produce noise. If you have a home with solar then Clean-E filters are a must. Homes without solar will also benefit because Clean-E filters keep noise from the electric power company out of the home. In some cases just a Clean-E filter takes care of things but many times Greenwave or Stetzer plugin filters are needed in addition to Clean-E filters. Flat Screen TVs are a terrible source of noise as well as computers, modems, etc. So I recommend plugging all the above into a Greenwave plugin filter in addition to the Clean-E Filter which is installed by the home's circuit breaker panel.
Today's solar panels have the inverters which convert DC voltage from the panels to AC voltage a home needs installed in the panels. This creates a high magnetic field which radiates into the room/s beneath the panels. The electrical wiring in your home also acts as an antenna. The wiring will pick up noise from an external source radiating through the air. The magnetic field created by the new solar panels will also be detected by your brain. The magnetic field created by your new solar panels will also couple to the wring in the rooms beneath the panel. It's called Inductive coupling. Just so you know.

May 22, 2020· Another nice validation for my Clean Electricity Filters. The rep in California who distributes my filters sent these photos today. The home had a swimming pool, pool pumps with variable speed drives plus solar power. Readings before the filters were installed came in at 852/851. After filter installation readings dropped to 58/59.

We are all concerned with Smart Meter radiation, cell phone radiation, etc. EMX technology came and went. EMX technology basically was a chip (Biochip) that created a signal at a specific frequency to tell the sensors in the cellular membranes that surround the nucleus of every cell in our body to ignore offending emf/rfi frequencies. The concept has merit but did not work. Biochip went bankrupt. But rather then telling the cellular membrane sensors to ignore offending signals why not have a device that triggers the appropriate response within our body to counteract the offending signal? In other words trigger our body's own defense mechanism? It's all frequency. And it is magnetic!
Electromagnetic fields (EMF), in both ELF (extremely low frequency) and radio frequency (RF) ranges, activate the cellular stress response, a protective mechanism that induces the expression of stress response genes, e.g., HSP70, and increased levels of stress proteins, e.g., hsp70. The 20 different stress protein families are evolutionarily conserved and act as ‘chaperones’ in the cell when they ‘help’ repair and refold damaged proteins and transport them across cell membranes. I also feel it is better to keep the problem outside before it gets into a homes wiring rather then filter it at the end on the wiring run in a home. If you have one or two particular circuits in your home that have high readings you can always purchase one or two Greenwave or Stetzer plugins just for those two high reading circuits. I am of the mindset though it is better to clean the entire home at the source (breaker panel, but in a pinch, yes, you can just do the worst circuits. It will help. And in addition, in my opinion, everyone should have one plugin on the power strip that feeds your computer, routers and modem. Even when using my device it helps as all three generate lots of junk on their own.
A bit more after the Clean-E device was installed. Prior to installing the Clean electricity device readings in the bedroom were 75. The one with the flower sticker is a photo is of the power strip which supplies the computer and router for internet. Reading prior to the device was 90. Remember, the wiring in a home is like a big antenna surrounding you with whatever radiation emits from the wiring. The level of radiation in my opinion should be less then 50. The device takes care of lowering levels to 25 to 26. And it is installed at the breaker panel taking care of an entire home rather then having 20 plugin devices installed in the outlets of your home.

Microsurge readings using a Stetzer meter are shown in the photos here. Readings above 50 mean the offending energy will penetrate the skin and enter the body. If the offending radiation is less then 50 as read on the meter it will travel around the body. That is why I keep stressing 50 or lower.
Testing results at another home today. Noise coming in from the grid into the home is 76 as shown in the photo on the left. The second photo indicates readings have dropped from 76 to under 50 which was the goal. But they dropped down to 26! Half of the max acceptable limit. Some circuits in the home reached 90 and were lowered to 27 after the Clean Electricity device was installed. The third photo was a quick photo of a Smart Meter transmission located on a neighbor's home. But its radiation reached into the test home. I will acquire better photos as more homes are tested.
I added more to the Smart Meter reading photo to include what the advertised Smart Meter operating frequency range should be. Emissions at that frequency range is also shown but I need to test more homes to see precisely what is what.
Baking bread? Nope. Baking clean electricity! This is my device for ridding a home of dirty power and any thing else that comes in on the electrical wiring. Here I am potting the internal components of the device. When the compound dries, not only will it be water proof but it will also be tamper proof and have a dielectric strength of over 1 million volts. I am leaving nothing to chance. I build only high quality devices like my father taught me. The bread pan is just a mold and will be removed when the potting compound dries. The four bolts sticking out of the top are made of stainless steel and are for mounting the device in a UL approved electrical box. This thing is not going to be cheap but what it does is worth it. How much? That depends on insurance costs but if you can afford a quality big screen TV you can afford this. And this should outlast a TV by 10 to 15 years as I use self healing components. All high quality.

I already have one for 2.4Ghz. and 4Ghz. plus data acquisition to cover from DC up to 1Mhz. The long and the short of it is I have invested about $1,000 to have the equipment to test people's homes. And there is more yet to buy. But when all is said and done we will be able to test for just about anything.

The filter turned out so well I have to put two more photos up. It turned out professional, uses all UL and CSA listed components in its construction and about the only thing that can destroy it is lightning. And humans if they try to see how I built it. I enjoy taking an idea and making it reality.
Clean-E device installed today on another home. The device is to the right of the breaker panel. Clear cover and grey conduit. It took the home from Stetzer readings of 800 to 1500 down to 23 to 44. This thing rocks!
There was also a pulsing signal on the line that drove Stetzer readings as high as 2000 at peak pulse. They are gone now. I ran out of time but will stop back and run Oscilloscope readings. The owner says she can feel the difference and that is the best testimony. Her panel also had a magnetic field that radiated through the wall into a bedroom. That too is now gone and all Tri-Field readings are clean. She lives close to Mingus mountain with its microwave towers and I suspect the pulsing was microwave being picked up by the home wiring.

Prior to its installation the home owner had installed Greenwave filters in the outlets in her home. A bunch have been removed now. Technically companies who make similar devices for the outlets recommend readings below 100. (Stetzer). Personally I use a maximum figure of 50. I like clean energy! Here are the readings in the home as of July 2014:
I just made the rounds in the house and the garage. (I still haven't made it out to the storage room!) Within a few hours I could tell that the noise was much more uniform and more tolerable. Today I could tell that the ambient noise level has noticeably decreased. Before I installed the Greenwaves, the outlets ranged from 150 to almost 500. I still have 11 Greenwaves installed. The outlets are mostly 21-22 now, including the ones in the garage. The outlet opposite the computer (with the computer on) registered 24-25. I have one outlet that is around 49 (laundry room, on the same wall as the refrigerator, & I'll probably install a Greenwave there. The only other outlet that I have found to be above the 20-22ish range is that "bad" outlet on the wall near the electrical junction box, and it is coming in at 36. Four of the outlets were coming in below at 16-17. So, without dragging out a calculator and really counting, it would appear that the average is around 21-22 at this point.

It has now been around 7 months since you installed the Clean-E, so I wanted to give you a follow-up. I just have measured my outlets, and they remain under 50 (Stetzer units), with most coming in under 25. Thank you very, very, very much for inventing the Clean-E. This has been a real life changing experience for me. I didn’t realize that I was sensitive to EMF and RF until smart meters were installed at a couple of the neighboring homes, and I developed severe tinnitus. Other health issues were also exacerbated.
Even though I didn’t have a smart meter, or wi-fi, or blue-tooth, and my emergency cell phone stays sealed up & off, I was affected by the increase in emitting devices near me, and at places where I used to shop. (I can’t support most local businesses now, and I am grateful that Amazon exists for the majority of my shopping.) I tried using Greenwaves alone, but, although I used twice as many as recommended for the size of my house, I still couldn’t relieve the tinnitus enough to sleep at night.
Once the Clean-E was installed, my sleeping problems vanished. For a number of years, I have been plagued with a number of health challenges. Doctors simply attributed many of them to the “aging experience that we all go through”. After several months of having the Clean-E installed, these symptoms that I had attributed to “just getting older” had also begun to subside.
I am less fatigued, my memory has improved, and I feel better than I have felt in the last 20 years. In addition, my Raynaud’s Syndrome issues have disappeared - except for an occasional problem when I accidentally visit a store or area with wi-fi or other electrical issues. For several years, joint stiffness and swelling in my left hand increased until I had difficulty using it. I sought the opinion of multiple doctors, and, after x-rays or other examinations showed that nothing was broken or damaged otherwise, each suggested that I had RA - rheumatoid arthritis, and I should expect it to continue to get worse. Another Clean Electricity filter install today on a home with solar power. The home owners have kept their solar power turned off. The lady of the house was suffering. I installed two filters on a home who's neighbor had a large solar array powering his home. Latest research developments, especially since 1994, indicates that your local power line is not the primary source of electromagnetic health effects. Home and business interior wiring, equipment or appliance motor and small transformer EMF sources, and grounding to metal pipes seem to play a much more important part, especially where we spend hours of our time in one place, working or sleeping. The intensity of the alternating current (a.c.) and associated EMFs present is only one of several factors to consider in a large number of environmental variables!
There appear to be trends in animal, primate, and human research over the years which indicate that continual long-term EMF exposure of individually-specific pulse rates, intensities and waveforms, may produce hypersensitive reactions in the living systems exposed [1-4, 7-10,19,21,25, 26]. Persons already hyperallerginic to many chemicals claim that EMF sources from nearby powerlines, home appliances and small associated transformers, and switches are one more irritating factor to avoid. These trends have caused popular concern, controversy and confusion, stimulating private, industrial and government research, changes in public power company policies, and legal actions regarding the biological effects of power frequency electric and magnetic fields [15-18,24].
Research programs are finally beginning to investigate the biological effects of raw signals (transient spikes & surges) coming in on your local power lines or generated by home appliance and wiring. Interest is being focused on the sharp pulse repetition rates (how many times per second), and what other frequencies or waveforms are present besides the normal 60 cycle [also, called Hertz (Hz)] power line frequency. Information about the length of exposure time, when the exposure occurs (especially at night), the EMF field intensity (milliGauss), and the interactions with people and other living systems in the environment is now being gathered. We are becoming more aware in recent months of the sensitivity of various life forms to EMF via their sensory system reactions [20], immune system effects [8.9], allergy reactions [10,21], etc.
So it is not simply 60 Hz magnetic field strength, as indicated by a.c. milliGauss meters, that determines whether or not a given EMF will have biological effects. Biological effects which may be created by transients on the power line and in the home or business will vary, depending on what is switching on and off, how often, how long and when (day or night, weekdays or weekends). Five recent epidemiological studies in the United States and. Sweden [6,14] have shown weak, but consistent, cancer correlations with the local electrical wiring code and the number of appliances in the home. Because a specific subject EMF sensitivity profile has not been developed yet, it is likely that the weak epidemiological results were diluted by the overall test population chosen, and the variability in human immune system response to irritating stimuli.
Repetitious transients and surges (pulse spikes) are not only conducted from power lines into, but also created by, factors in home and business wiring, appliances and equipment. This repetitious long-term exposure may provide a kind of irritation or suppression factor, posing potential hazards to our health. EMF effects have been discovered, at night, reducing brain pineal melatonin hormone production, which affects immune system efficiency, and sleep, especially in older persons [8,9]. These effects appear to be caused by the sharp rise and fall of the pulse spikes created by motors and switches (electric blanket thermostat switch, for example) turning on and off. That’s the reason for ‘prudent avoidance‘ of operating electric blankets and water bed heaters by children and pregnant women.
Dr’s Wilson and Reiter made these discoveries several years ago at Pacific Northwest Laboratory and University of Texas Health Science Center, respectively [7,8]. This points to a probable irritating or suppressing type of influence which would create symptoms in a variety of confusing ways, due to personal health and immune system factors [4]. Persons at risk would be those exposed for years in constant proximity to power line components (wiring, sub-stations), appliances, power tools, switching systems, and other sources of potential rapid transient (switching) EMF [1]. … And now we have the long-term microwave radiation health effects of cell phones to consider!
There is strong stimulus-response evidence, verified by eye pupil variations, that continual long-term exposure can result in allergic reactions to EMF of particular pulse rates, intensities and waveforms [10,21]. Environmentally ill (EI) persons with compromised immune systems, already hyperallergic to many chemicals, often find that EMF transients are one more irritating factor to avoid.
As more data accumulates on what EMF factors pose the most risk, precision line surge suppressors, isolation and current balancing transformers [23], for control of voltage and current transients, may be helpful. These methods will be beneficial, not only for computers and critical electronic systems, but also in improving our personal long-term health. These devices would be on power lines, in industries and in the home (see EnviraTest site). Motors, switches and switching systems can have built-in rise time suppression circuits so spikes would eliminated or reduced. Proper grounding directly to a copper rod in the ground, complete cut-off (pull the plug or breaker) of unused electrical systems and three-wire grounding of all appliances are approaches now used by EI persons in their business, sleeping and major home activity areas.

36) Danish mothers of 13,159 children completed a questionnaire reporting their use of cell phones during pregnancy as well as current cell phone use by the child. Behavioral problems were observed for children who had possible prenatal or postnatal exposure to cell phone use. The paper claims that long term studies suffer from weak methodologies and are few in number, however the authors support the validity of laboratory human experimental, short term exposure studies which reveal demonstrated biological changes by RF/MW radiation. Hypothesis
The paper demonstrates inadequacy of RF/MW observation-criteria in lab sleep study procedures. RF/MW lab research is limited to single-channel frequencies procedures rather than real world RF broadband exposures. Other sources. Other common sources are wi-fi units or wireless modems and routers found in most homes, offices, apartment buildings and everywhere today. They are on computers, printers, scanners, fax machines, telephone systems and elsewhere. These are generally less powerful than cell phone and smart meter technology, but add more EMFs to the environment.
Other sources include high-voltage power lines and line transformers found on power poles. In addition, fields are found around any electrical and gasoline motors found in appliances such as refrigerators, and in automobiles, aircraft, ship and others.
Other sources are fluorescent lights, light dimmer switches, and television sets, especially flat-screen televisions and computer monitors. These can give off quite large and upsetting electromagnetic fields. Always sit as far away from these as possible.
Other sources are radar installations, usually near airports and military bases, and radio and television transmission towers that are usually located on top of tall buildings or on the tops of hills or mountain areas.
Underground wiring can also emit electrical fields, as can other types of underground installations such as in-floor electric heating wires and in-floor water-filled tubing used to heat homes. Even simple home plumbing and standard electrical wiring emits some stray electrical energies. 220-volt installations are usually worse than 110-volt appliances.
All far infrared saunas and other far-infrared appliances such as heating pads, cooktops, and beds also emit stray EMFs that can be powerful enough to upset some people’s health. In contrast, near infrared lights or heat lamps of the type I recommend for use in saunas do not emit any noticeable fields that I am aware of, or they emit much less.
X-rays. Another type of electromagnetic radiation are x-rays, which are simply a higher frequency of radiation. These are much more damaging to human tissue, and are much more penetrating and permanent in their damage. The major sources are all x-ray machines used in medical and dental offices, airports and perhaps package screening locations.
Other sources include living near nuclear power plants or in areas with naturally occurring x-radiation emissions from radon gas. Living near uranium mining sites or nuclear waste dump sites are other sources of radiation toxicity. The radiation can affect drinking water, for example, and other things like food. Minimize all of these for best health.
Other frequencies of energy are emitted by some electrical and magnetic equpment, even medical equipment, but these are usually of less importance.

28) This is a population study surveying 530 people living in the vicinity of cellular base stations (cell towers), on 18 Non Specific Health Symptoms. Comparisons of health symptom complaints, in relation to gender and the distance from cell site, revealed significant increases as compared to people living > 300 meters or not exposed to cell site: those living less than 300 mtrs for tiredness, less than 200 m for headache, sleep disruption, discomfort, etc., less than 100 m for irritability, depression, loss of memory, dizziness, libido decrease, etc. Women, significantly more often than men, complained of headache, nausea, loss of appetite, sleep disruption, depression, discomfort and visual disruptions.

43) A Colorado State study evaluated relation between deaths from certain neurogenerative diseases and electrical occupations. THe study used a 3 tiered method of magnetic field exposures based on a job-exposure matrix. The study observed a positive association for Parkinson’s disease – odds ratio of 1.5. ALS (Lou Gehrig’s) disease was associated with electrical occupations, but not with magnetic field exposure – odds ratio of 2.3. 45) Chlorophylls were studied in the leaves of black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia L.) seedlings exposed to electromagnetic fields of low power density 400 MHz frequencies. Chorophyll levels decreased for 1, 3 and 8 hour exposure times for 3 weeks, and were enhanced for 2 hour exposure times.

However, they admit that there is a lack of RF studies examining the long term, low level effects of this radiation on health. This paper gives an overview of present scientific knowledge in health research at RF/MW levels to which the general population is typically exposed. The paper claims that long term studies suffer from weak methodologies and are few in number, however the authors support the validity of laboratory human experimental, short term exposure studies which reveal demonstrated biological changes by RF/MW radiation. The authors of this paper conclude “because of the present fragmentary scientific database, a precautionary approach when dealing with radio and microwave frequency radiation is recommended for the individual and the general population”.

Hypothesis
The paper demonstrates inadequacy of RF/MW observation-criteria in lab sleep study procedures. RF/MW lab research is limited to single-channel frequencies procedures rather than real world RF broadband exposures. Results also show that simple sleep monitoring systems based on single-channel EEG analysis, without access to the brain’s original biosignals, are not adequate for sleep studies. [Article in German]

Other sources. Other common sources are wi-fi units or wireless modems and routers found in most homes, offices, apartment buildings and everywhere today. They are on computers, printers, scanners, fax machines, telephone systems and elsewhere. These are generally less powerful than cell phone and smart meter technology, but add more EMFs to the environment.
Other sources include high-voltage power lines and line transformers found on power poles. In addition, fields are found around any electrical and gasoline motors found in appliances such as refrigerators, and in automobiles, aircraft, ship and others.
Other sources are fluorescent lights, light dimmer switches, and television sets, especially flat-screen televisions and computer monitors. These can give off quite large and upsetting electromagnetic fields. Always sit as far away from these as possible.
Other sources are radar installations, usually near airports and military bases, and radio and television transmission towers that are usually located on top of tall buildings or on the tops of hills or mountain areas.
Underground wiring can also emit electrical fields, as can other types of underground installations such as in-floor electric heating wires and in-floor water-filled tubing used to heat homes. Even simple home plumbing and standard electrical wiring emits some stray electrical energies. 220-volt installations are usually worse than 110-volt appliances.
All far infrared saunas and other far-infrared appliances such as heating pads, cooktops, and beds also emit stray EMFs that can be powerful enough to upset some people’s health. In contrast, near infrared lights or heat lamps of the type I recommend for use in saunas do not emit any noticeable fields that I am aware of, or they emit much less.
X-rays. Another type of electromagnetic radiation are x-rays, which are simply a higher frequency of radiation. These are much more damaging to human tissue, and are much more penetrating and permanent in their damage. The major sources are all x-ray machines used in medical and dental offices, airports and perhaps package screening locations.
Other sources include living near nuclear power plants or in areas with naturally occurring x-radiation emissions from radon gas. Living near uranium mining sites or nuclear waste dump sites are other sources of radiation toxicity. The radiation can affect drinking water, for example, and other things like food. Minimize all of these for best health.
Other frequencies of energy are emitted by some electrical and magnetic equpment, even medical equipment, but these are usually of less importance.
Our brains work like a "Phase Lock Loop". An outside signal source like the wiring in your home which operates at 60Hz. can cause your brain to run at dominantly Beta/Gamma frequencies. That can be a state of agitation. Our brain "locks onto" the grid.
